3 Month Health & Lifestyle Detox Intensive

This is a full-life detox - physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.

We begin with a comprehensive 90-minute initial session designed to deeply understand your current state, history, patterns, and desires. This is where we gather all relevant information and create a clear picture of your before self - physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically - as well as the version of you you are ready to become.

From there, across weekly 1:1 sessions, we map and implement a personalised path forward - including nourishing routines, aligned movement and fitness, lifestyle recalibration, and supportive, appropriate meal guidance tailored to your body, goals, and season of life.

Throughout the three months, you will establish sustainable habits, release what no longer serves you, and radically strengthen your ability to say “no” - to foods, people, environments, patterns, and situations that drain your energy.

This intensive supports weight release, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and lifestyle transformation - creating a true glow up from the inside out.

You will learn how to nourish yourself deeply, trust your body again, and embody the version of you who chooses herself - consistently and unapologetically.
